Literature Text

A simple question started all.
And that my dear was my upfall.

I'm never bored.

For I have imagined us nonetheless
For I have imagined so much more
I went out for a hug; I went out for a kiss.
But what I touched was a thin slate of glass
That separated our hearts from feeling true bliss.

There are mere pixels that make up the image of our love.
There are words that make up the messages of our philosophy.
And I ask myself:
How can I feel this way,
when this only transpired yesterday?

Minutes turn to hours when you're no longer confined.
But, meager seconds turn to hours when you have someone camped out in your mind.

Our love is intangible,
I need not say.
Our love is intangible,
But it's tangibility I crave.
I've been feeling very inspired lately.. ☺
